     He gained the rank of Colonel between 1959 and 1989 in the Royal Canadian Air Force, Medical British.¹ He graduated from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada^G, in 1963 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹ He graduated from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada, with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.) in 1978.¹ He graduated from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada^G, in 1997 with a Master of Science (M.Sc.)¹ He lived in 2003 at 5863 Macleod Drive, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada^G.¹
