     He was educated at Brentwood College, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War, with the Royal Canadian Air Force.¹ He graduated from University of British Columbia, British Columbia, Canada, with a Bachelor of Aeronautical Science (B.A.Sc.)¹ He lived in 2003 at 1130 Channel Drive, Santa Barbara, California, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Ralph Cramer Coxhead lived at New York, U.S.A.¹
