     He graduated from Sydney University, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G, with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)¹ He fought in the Second World War, in the Royal Australian Air Force.¹ He lived at Murwillumbah, New South Wales, Australia.¹

     Rosalie Yvonne Vizard is the daughter of Francis Walter Vizard.¹ She married Dudley Charles Howard Elliot, son of Dudley Sinclair Elliot and Annie Caroline Howard, on 26 June 1943.¹
