     John Hanmer is the son of Sir John Hanmer and Jane Salesbury.¹ He married Jane Decka, daughter of John Decka.¹
     He lived at Penley, Flintshire, Wales^G.¹

     Jane Decka is the daughter of John Decka.¹ She married John Hanmer, son of Sir John Hanmer and Jane Salesbury.¹
     Her married name became Hanmer.¹

     Edward Hanmer was the son of Sir John Hanmer and Jane Salesbury.¹ He died at Italy^G, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain.¹ He was appointed Knight by the Duke of Florence.¹

     Sir Thomas Mostyn was born circa 1535.² He is the son of William Mostyn and Margaret ‘Wen’ ferch Robert.² He married, firstly, Ursula Goodman, daughter of William Goodman, on 4 October 1556.² He married, secondly, Catherine Mostyn, daughter of Piers Mostyn, after 6 February 1581/82.² He died on 28 February 1617/18.²
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Angelsey from 1574 to 1575.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Flintshire from 1576 to 1577.² He held the office of High Sheriff of Caernarvonshire from 1583 to 1584.² He held the office of High Sheriff of Angelsey from 1586 to 1587.² He was member of the Council of Marches of Wales.² He was appointed Knight in 1599.² He lived at Mostyn, Flintshire, Wales.² He had two younger sons and two daughters.²

     Catherine Hanmer was the daughter of Sir Thomas Hanmer and Anne Talbot.¹ She died, unmarried, aged 22.¹
