     Emily Yonge was born circa 1794 at Swaffham, Norfolk, England.² She was the daughter of Reverend William Yonge and Frances Johnson.^3,4 She married Reverend George Montagu, son of Gerard Montagu and Mary Anne Doughty, on 18 November 1817.¹ She died on 1 February 1880.¹
     From 18 November 1817, her married name became Montagu.

     Reverend Edgar William Montagu was born on 20 July 1819.¹ He was the son of Reverend George Montagu and Emily Yonge.² He married, firstly, Arabella Cremer, daughter of Reverend Cremer Cremer, on 20 June 1872.¹ He married, secondly, Charlotte Adele Arnold, daughter of Reverend Richard Aldous Arnold, on 12 June 1880.¹ He died on 12 April 1902 at age 82.¹
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector at Kettlestone, Norfolk, England^G.¹

     Reverend Cremer Cremer lived at Beeston Regis, Norfolk, England^G.¹

     Arabella Cremer was the daughter of Reverend Cremer Cremer.² She married Reverend Edgar William Montagu, son of Reverend George Montagu and Emily Yonge, on 20 June 1872.¹ She died on 3 July 1874, without issue.¹
     From 20 June 1872, her married name became Montagu.¹

     Reverend George Montagu was born on 1 June 1820.¹ He was the son of Reverend George Montagu and Emily Yonge.² He died on 22 February 1904 at age 83, unmarried.¹
     He was the Rector at Thenford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     General Sir Horace William Montagu was born on 16 May 1823.¹ He was the son of Reverend George Montagu and Emily Yonge.² He married Catherine Frances England, daughter of General Poole V England, on 4 August 1859.¹ He died on 14 November 1916 at age 93.¹
     He fought in the Crimean War.¹ He was appointed Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d’honneur.¹ He was awarded the Order of Merit of Sardinia.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)¹ He was Colonel Commandant of the Royal Engineers in 1887.¹

     General Poole V England gained the rank of General in the Royal Artillery.¹

     Catherine Frances England was the daughter of General Poole V England.² She married General Sir Horace William Montagu, son of Reverend George Montagu and Emily Yonge, on 4 August 1859.¹ She died on 9 June 1925.¹
     From 4 August 1859, her married name became Montagu.

     Charles Montagu was born on 29 April 1860.¹ He was the son of General Sir Horace William Montagu and Catherine Frances England.² He died on 27 June 1862 at age 2.¹

     Colonel Edward Montagu was born on 23 November 1861.¹ He was the son of General Sir Horace William Montagu and Catherine Frances England.² He married Charlotte Eva Kemble, daughter of Edward Kemble, on 21 August 1894.¹ He died on 14 January 1941 at age 79.¹
     He fought in the Hazara Expedition.¹ He fought in the North-West Frontier in 1888.¹ He fought in the Chin-Lushai Expedition to Burma between 1889 and 1890.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Colonell in the 1st Battalion, Suffolk Regiment.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1919.¹
