Nicholas Audley, 3rd Baron Audley (of Heleigh)1 
He was also known as Nicholas Aldithley.1 He was appointed Knight in 1352.1 In 1352 he sacked his father’s Castle Heleigh.1 He fought in the campaign in France in 1359.1 He fought in the campaign in France in 1372.1 He held the office of Chief Justice of South Wales on 1 February 1381/82.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Audley, of Heleigh [E., 1313] on 1 April 1386.1
On his death, the Barony Audley fell into abeyance until his great-nephew, John Tuchet, in 1405.1
