     Agnes Dorothy Kendall was born on 6 July 1881.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Edward Kay Kendall and Alice Peard.¹ She married John Cooper on 5 April 1904.¹
     From 5 April 1904, her married name became Cooper.¹

     John Cooper married Agnes Dorothy Kendall, daughter of Reverend Edward Kay Kendall and Alice Peard, on 5 April 1904.¹

     Frances Margaret Fletcher was born on 10 December 1841.² She was the daughter of Reverend W. K. Fletcher.¹ She married Franklin Richardson Kendall, son of Edward Nicholas Kendall and Mary Anne Kay, on 30 April 1867.¹ She died on 29 November 1930 at age 88 at London, England^G.²
     From 30 April 1867, her married name became Kendall.¹

     Reverend W. K. Fletcher was the Senior Chaplain at Bombay, India^G.¹

     Nicholas Fletcher Kendall was born on 16 June 1868 at South Yarra, Victoria, Australia^G.^1,2 He was the son of Franklin Richardson Kendall and Frances Margaret Fletcher.¹ He married Kathleen Izard on 30 April 1901 at All Saints, Blackhearth, New South Wales, Australia^G.^1,2 He died on 5 March 1929 at age 60.² He was buried on 9 March 1929.²
     He lived Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.)¹

     Kathleen Izard married Nicholas Fletcher Kendall, son of Franklin Richardson Kendall and Frances Margaret Fletcher, on 30 April 1901 at All Saints, Blackhearth, New South Wales, Australia^G.^1,2
     From 30 April 1901, her married name became Kendall.¹
