     Emily Augusta Seymour was born circa 1867.¹ She was the daughter of Vice-Admiral Henry George Seymour and Sophia Margaret Hoste.¹ She married Edward Lewis Birkbeck on 21 April 1891.¹ She died on 14 June 1960.¹
     Her married name became Birkbeck.

     Edward Lewis Birkbeck married Emily Augusta Seymour, daughter of Vice-Admiral Henry George Seymour and Sophia Margaret Hoste, on 21 April 1891.² He died on 12 October 1901.²

     Horatia Anne Seymour was born in 1868 at Barwick, Norfolk, England^G.² She was the daughter of Vice-Admiral Henry George Seymour and Sophia Margaret Hoste.¹ She died on 28 May 1919.¹

     Sir John Heathcoat-Amory, 3rd Bt. was born on 2 May 1894.¹ He was the son of Sir Ian Murray Heathcoat-Amory, 2nd Bt. and Alexandra Georgina Seymour.¹ He married Joyce Wethered, daughter of Herbert Newton Wethered, on 6 January 1937.¹ He died on 22 November 1972 at age 78, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th Battalion, Devonshire Regiment.¹ He fought in the First World War, and was mentioned in despatches.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon in 1922.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Heathcoat-Amory [U.K., 1874] on 4 January 1931.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Devon in 1942.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon in 1952.¹

     Joyce Wethered was born in 1901.² She was the daughter of Herbert Newton Wethered.¹ She married Sir John Heathcoat-Amory, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Ian Murray Heathcoat-Amory, 2nd Bt. and Alexandra Georgina Seymour, on 6 January 1937.¹ She died in 1997.²
     She was a golder.¹ Her married name became Heathcoat-Amory.

     Herbert Newton Wethered lived at Worplesdon, Surrey, England^G.² He lived at Brook Corner, Brook, Surrey, England.¹

     Edward Hildyard Eden was born on 1 August 1898.¹ He was the son of William Annesley Eden and Mabel Louisa Homfray Pinsent.¹ He married Annie Sylvester, daughter of Ernest Sylvester, on 14 January 1942.¹ He died on 25 December 1968 at age 70.¹

     Sir William Heathcoat-Amory, 5th Bt. was born on 19 August 1901.² He was the son of Sir Ian Murray Heathcoat-Amory, 2nd Bt. and Alexandra Georgina Seymour.² He married Margaret Isabella Dorothy Evelyn Doyle, daughter of Colonel Sir Arthur Havelock James Doyle, 4th Bt. and Joyce Ethelreda Howard, on 20 April 1933.² He died on 27 August 1982 at age 81.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.² He was Aide-de-Camp to the GOC-in-C of the Western Command in 1937.² He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1943.² He gained the rank of Colonel in the King’s Royal Rifle Corps.² He fought in the Second World War.² He was admitted to Gentlemen-at-Arms between 1950 and 1966.² He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Heathcoat-Amory [U.K., 1874] on 20 January 1981.²

     Margaret Isabella Dorothy Evelyn Doyle was born on 25 July 1907.² She was the daughter of Colonel Sir Arthur Havelock James Doyle, 4th Bt. and Joyce Ethelreda Howard.^1,3 She married Sir William Heathcoat-Amory, 5th Bt., son of Sir Ian Murray Heathcoat-Amory, 2nd Bt. and Alexandra Georgina Seymour, on 20 April 1933.¹ She died on 19 March 1997 at age 89 at Devon, England.²
     Her married name became Heathcoat-Amory.

     Sir Ian Heathcoat-Amory, 6th Bt. was born on 3 February 1942.¹ He is the son of Sir William Heathcoat-Amory, 5th Bt. and Margaret Isabella Dorothy Evelyn Doyle.¹ He married Frances Louise Pomeroy, daughter of Jocelyn Francis Brian Pomeroy and Lucy Margaret Hayne, on 10 June 1972.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Member of the Devon County Council between 1973 and 1985.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon between 1980 and 1993.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon in 1981.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Heathcoat-Amory [U.K., 1874] on 27 August 1982.² He lived in 2003 at Calverleigh Court, Tiverton, Devon, England.¹
