     Hugh Nicholson Goodbody was born on 19 July 1917.¹ He was the son of General Ernest Goodbody and Hilda Evelyn Barclay Pim.^2,1 He married, firstly, Gillian Evelyn Ilys Staveley, daughter of Brigadier Robert Staveley, on 15 October 1952.¹ He married, secondly, Eileen Olive Rosemary Owen, daughter of Henry George Owen, on 8 September 1971.¹ He died on 6 April 2011 at age 93.³ He was buried at Mt. Jerome Cemetery, Harold’s Cross, County Dublin, Ireland^G.³

     Gillian Evelyn Ilys Staveley was the daughter of Brigadier Robert Staveley.² She married Hugh Nicholson Goodbody, son of General Ernest Goodbody and Hilda Evelyn Barclay Pim, on 15 October 1952.¹ She died on 1 May 1960.¹

     Geraldine Hilda Elizabeth Goodbody was born on 29 May 1905.¹ She is the daughter of General Ernest Goodbody and Hilda Evelyn Barclay Pim.^2,1 She married Lt.-Col. Dick Surtees Cripps, son of Francis Henry Cripps, on 5 August 1933.¹
     From 5 August 1933, her married name became Cripps. She lived in 1976 at Rathgonan, Ardagh, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹

     Lt.-Col. Dick Surtees Cripps is the son of Francis Henry Cripps.¹ He married Geraldine Hilda Elizabeth Goodbody, daughter of General Ernest Goodbody and Hilda Evelyn Barclay Pim, on 5 August 1933.¹
     He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹

     Norman Goodbody was born on 20 January 1875.¹ He was the son of Richard Goodbody and Elizabeth Pike.² He married Ethel Daniel, daughter of Robert Daniel, on 28 November 1900.¹ He died on 18 April 1951 at age 76.¹
