     Matthew Goodbody was born on 9 August 1735.¹ He was the son of Richard Goodbody and Anne Manliffe.² He married Mary Locke.¹ He died in 1809.¹

     Mary Locke married Matthew Goodbody, son of Richard Goodbody and Anne Manliffe.¹ She died in 1837.¹
     Her married name became Goodbody. She lived at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹

     Jacob Goodbody was born on 1 March 1738.¹ He was the son of Richard Goodbody and Anne Manliffe.² He died on 10 April 1739 at age 1.¹

     Samuel Goodbody was born on 16 January 1741.¹ He was the son of Richard Goodbody and Anne Manliffe.² He died on 3 May 1816 at age 75, unmarried.¹
     He lived at Forest, Mountmellick, County Laois, Ireland.¹

     Richard Goodbody was born on 6 June 1743.¹ He was the son of Richard Goodbody and Anne Manliffe.² He married, firstly, Esther Gatchell on 29 October 1780.¹ He married, secondly, Alice Pim, daughter of Robert Pim and Alice Wyly, on 17 September 1800 at Mountmellick, Ireland^G.^1,3 He died on 17 November 1814 at age 71.¹
     He lived at Mountmellick, County Laois, Ireland.¹

     Esther Gatchell married Richard Goodbody, son of Richard Goodbody and Anne Manliffe, on 29 October 1780.¹
     From 29 October 1780, her married name became Goodbody.

     Susanna Goodbody was born in November 1783.¹ She was the daughter of Richard Goodbody and Esther Gatchell.² She died on 5 February 1798 at age 14.¹

     Robert Pim married Alice Wyly.²
     He lived at Tullylost, County Kildare, Ireland^G.¹
