     He was also known as Raffe.¹ He lived at Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹ In 1167/68 he held one fee from Gervaise Pagnell.¹ He donated lands to Tichford Priory, near Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire.¹

     Gervaise Pagnell lived at Dudley, Worcestershire, England^G.¹

     Cecilia Pagnell is the daughter of Gervaise Pagnell.² She married Ralph Maunsell, son of John Maunsell and Elaine de Luttrell, circa 1135.¹
     From circa 1135, her married name became Maunsell.

     Sir Robert Maunsell was born circa 1136.¹ He was the son of Ralph Maunsell and Cecilia Pagnell.² He married Joice Dauncey, daughter of Sir William de Alneto Dauncey, circa 1165.¹
     He was appointed Knight Banneret.¹ In 1163 he attacked and defeated Sultan Nouradin at La Bochen, near Tripoli.¹ He was preceptor of the Knights Templars in the East.¹ He lived at Chicheley Hall, Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹
