     Charles Egerton Hugh Harding was born on 4 March 1885 at Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Northumberland, England^G.¹ He was the son of Gerald Montessori Harding and Frances Augusta Thurburn.¹ He died on 10 December 1917 at age 32.¹
