     Edward John Nell is the son of Edward John Nell.² He married Onora Sylvia O’Neill, Baroness O’Neill of Bengarve, daughter of Hon. Sir Con Douglas Walter O’Neill and Rosemary Margaret Pritchard, in 1963.¹ He and Onora Sylvia O’Neill, Baroness O’Neill of Bengarve were divorced in 1976.¹

     Hon. Adam Edward O’Neill Nell was born on 3 April 1967.¹ He is the son of Edward John Nell and Onora Sylvia O’Neill, Baroness O’Neill of Bengarve.²
     He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was admitted to Gray’s Inn in 1995 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹

     Hon. Jacob Rowan Nell was born on 8 December 1969.¹ He is the son of Edward John Nell and Onora Sylvia O’Neill, Baroness O’Neill of Bengarve.²
     He was educated at Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich, Germany^G.¹ He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from University of London, London, England^G, in 1997 with a Master of Science (M.Sc.)¹ He was Private Secretary to HM Treasury in 1998.¹

     Carola Hertha Adolfine Emma Harriet Luise Baronin von Holzing-Berstett was the daughter of Max Reinhard August Baron von Holzing-Berstett.² She married, firstly, Wilhelm Pleikart Adolf Ludwig Arthur Marschall Baron von Bieberstein before 1954.¹ She married, secondly, Hon. Sir Con Douglas Walter O’Neill, son of Robert William Hugh O’Neill, 1st Baron Rathcavan and Sylvia Irene Sandeman, on 30 June 1954.¹ She died on 19 July 1960.¹
     Carola Hertha Adolfine Emma Harriet Luise Baronin von Holzing-Berstett also went by the nick-name of Mady.¹ From before 1954, her married name became Bieberstein.¹ From 30 June 1954, her married name became O’Neill.
