     Hon. Sir William Compton was born in 1625.3 He was the son of Spencer Compton, 2nd Earl of Northampton and Mary Beaumont.3 He married Elizabeth Tollemache, daughter of Sir Lionel Tollemache, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Elizabeth Stanhope, circa 1651.1 He died on 18 October 1663.1
     He was commander of the royalist forces.4

     Dorothy Dalton was born circa 1606.1 She was the daughter of Michael Dalton and Mary Elrington.1 She married Sir Giles Alington, son of Giles Alington and Margaret Tolkarne, on 2 December 1630 at West Wratting, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 She died before 24 September 1638, from smallpox.1
     From 2 December 1630, her married name became Alington.1

     Giles Alington was born in June 1499.2 He was the son of Sir Giles Alington and Mary Gardiner.1 He married, secondly, Alice Middleton.3 He married, firstly, Ursula Drury, daughter of Robert Drury, in 1515.2 He married, thirdly, Margaret Tolkarne, daughter of John Tolkarne, circa June 1564.2 He died in 1586.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cambridgeshire in 1529.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Cambridgeshire in 1531.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Huntingdon in 1546.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Liverpool in October 1553.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cambridgeshire in April 1554.2 He lived at Horseheath, Cambridgeshire, England.1
