     Lt.-Col. Adrian Sydney Morton Porter married Rose Elsie Henniker-Heaton, daughter of Sir John Henniker-Heaton, 1st Bt. and Rose Bennett, on 10 March 1914.¹ He died on 23 December 1954.

     Leila Charlotte Evelyn Petronella Porter was born on 16 January 1917.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Adrian Sydney Morton Porter and Rose Elsie Henniker-Heaton.² She married, firstly, Courtenay Edward Stevens in 1938.¹ She and Courtenay Edward Stevens were divorced.¹ She married, secondly, Philip Strachan Buckley in 1949.¹ She died on 25 November 2013 at age 96.³
     From 1938, her married name became Stevens. From 1949, her married name became Buckley. She was a poet, novelist and translator.³ Leila Charlotte Evelyn Petronella Porter used the pen-name of Frances Lobb.³
