     Roland Cumberbatch was born on 26 September 1913.² He was the son of Captain Hugh Carlton Cumberbatch and Helen Oliphant. He married Cicely Maude, daughter of Maurice Douglas Maude and Zima Irene Lily Koch, in 1948.¹ He died on 3 January 2000 at age 86 at Somerset, England.²
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He was educated at Ampleforth College, Ampleforth, Yorkshire, England.² He was educated at King’s College London, London, England.² He was a doctor between 1958 and 1965 at Mission Hospital of the White Fathers, Ghana.² He was a general practitioner between 1965 and 1980 at Somerset, England.²

     Toby John Cumberbatch was born in 1949.¹ He is the son of Roland Cumberbatch and Cicely Maude.²

     Judith Mary Cumberbatch was born in 1952.¹ She is the daughter of Roland Cumberbatch and Cicely Maude.²

     Hyacinth Anne Cumberbatch was born in 1954.¹ She is the daughter of Roland Cumberbatch and Cicely Maude.²

     Ralph Walter Maude was born on 1 October 1873.¹ He was the son of Charles Henry Maude and Hon. Georgina Henrietta Emma Hanbury-Tracy.² He married Alice Thomson, daughter of Noel Herford Thomson, on 3 June 1905.¹ He and Alice Thomson were divorced in 1915.¹ He died on 17 January 1922 at age 48.¹
     He gained the rank of Temporary Major and Assistant Provost Marshal in 1916.¹ He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1919.¹

     Noel Herford Thomson lived at Dinan, France^G.¹

     Alice Thomson is the daughter of Noel Herford Thomson.² She married Ralph Walter Maude, son of Charles Henry Maude and Hon. Georgina Henrietta Emma Hanbury-Tracy, on 3 June 1905.¹ She and Ralph Walter Maude were divorced in 1915.¹
     From 3 June 1905, her married name became Maude.

     Reverend Ralph Henry Evelyn Maude was born on 6 January 1909.¹ He was the son of Ralph Walter Maude and Alice Thomson.² He married Marjorie Cecilia Emily Rogers, daughter of Reverend Philip Harold Rogers, on 7 September 1933.¹ He died in March 1999 at age 90.¹
     He graduated from St. Peter’s Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector between 1945 and 1957 at St. James’s, Shaftesbury, Dorset, England^G.¹ He was the Vicar between 1957 and 1966 at St. Paul’s, Weymouth, Dorset, England^G.¹ He was the Vicar in 1966 at St. Peter’s, Devizes, Wiltshire, England^G.¹
