     From 17 July 1842, her married name became Smith.¹

     Alexander Smith married Margaret Louisa Scrymgeour-Wedderburn, daughter of Henry Scrymgeour-Wedderburn and Mary Turner Maitland, on 17 July 1842 at Balmerino, Fife, Scotland^G.¹

     Elizabeth Wedderburn Scrymgeour-Wedderburn was born on 19 February 1795 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Scrymgeour-Wedderburn and Mary Turner Maitland.¹ She died on 23 August 1838 at age 43 at Macao^G.¹

     Joan Musgrave Harvey was the daughter of Sir Ernest Musgrave Harvey, 1st Bt. and Sophia Paget.² She died on 20 December 1949, unmarried.¹

     Ruth Musgrave Harvey was born in 1902.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Ernest Musgrave Harvey, 1st Bt. and Sophia Paget.² She married George Macgowan Harper, son of James Harper, on 26 September 1930.¹ She and George Macgowan Harper were divorced in 1953.¹ She died on 14 April 2002.³
     From 26 September 1930, her married name became Harper.¹ She lived at 945 Arlington Avenue, Berkeley, California, U.S.A.^G.¹

     George Macgowan Harper is the son of James Harper.¹ He married Ruth Musgrave Harvey, daughter of Sir Ernest Musgrave Harvey, 1st Bt. and Sophia Paget, on 26 September 1930.¹ He and Ruth Musgrave Harvey were divorced in 1953.¹

     Jane Alison Harper was born in 1932.¹ She was the daughter of George Macgowan Harper and Ruth Musgrave Harvey.² She married Lt.-Col. Justus Michael Molitor Lenschau in 1959.¹ She died on 6 May 2011.³
     From 1959, her married name became Lenschau.

     Lt.-Col. Justus Michael Molitor Lenschau married Jane Alison Harper, daughter of George Macgowan Harper and Ruth Musgrave Harvey, in 1959.¹ He died in 1993.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the U.S. Army.¹

     James Gabriel Molitor Lenschau was born on 2 October 1961.^1,2 He is the son of Lt.-Col. Justus Michael Molitor Lenschau and Jane Alison Harper.³ He married Angelina Renée Royer, daughter of Shirley Huddleston, in 1989.¹
