     Lt.-Col. Henry Hanmer was born on 23 January 1789.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Hanmer, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Kenyon.² He married Sarah Serra Ximenes, daughter of Sir Morris Ximenes, on 27 January 1815.¹ He died on 2 February 1868 at age 79, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the KH.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹

     Sir Morris Ximenes was born circa 1762 at London, England. He was the son of David Ximenes and Abigail Mendez.² He died circa 27 January 1837.² He was buried on 30 January 1837 at St. Mary, Wargrave, Berkshire, England.²
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Kent in 1806.² He was appointed High Sheriff of Berkshire in 1806.² He was appointed Knight in 1806.² He was member of the London Stock Exchange.
