     Edith Mary Brittain was born in 1866.² She was the daughter of George Alfred Brittain and Frances Eliza Netherwood.^3,2 She married Thomas Hanmer, son of Reverend Henry Hanmer and Sybella Elizabeth Gordon, on 19 June 1891.¹ She died on 14 April 1905.¹
     From 19 June 1891, her married name became Hanmer.

     Alexey Pavlovich Poltoratsky was born in 1802.¹ He was the son of Pavel Markovitch Poltoratsky and Varvara Mikhailovna Mordvinia.² He married Ekaterina Ivanovna Nabokova, daughter of Ivan Alexandrovich Nabokov and Ekaterina Ivanovna Pushchina.¹ He died in 1863.¹

     Alexandra Ivanovna Nabokova was born in 1816.¹ She was the daughter of Ivan Alexandrovich Nabokov and Ekaterina Ivanovna Pushchina.¹ She died in 1839.¹

     Vera Ivanovna Nabokova was born in 1820.¹ She was the daughter of Ivan Alexandrovich Nabokov and Ekaterina Ivanovna Pushchina.¹

     Frances Sybella Hanmer was born on 21 March 1893.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Hanmer and Edith Mary Brittain.² She married Captain Edward Williams Hamilton Brookfield, son of Colonel A M Brookfield, on 6 September 1916.¹ She died on 18 September 1964 at age 71.¹
     Her married name became Brookfield.

     Captain Edward Williams Hamilton Brookfield is the son of Colonel A M Brookfield.² He married Frances Sybella Hanmer, daughter of Thomas Hanmer and Edith Mary Brittain, on 6 September 1916.¹
     He was Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He was Royal Navy (d ), on 8 February 1965.¹

     Joan Florence Hanmer was born on 22 November 1894.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Hanmer and Edith Mary Brittain.² She married, firstly, Captain John Theobald Milne, son of Jack Milne, on 24 July 1917.¹ She married, secondly, Stuart Eddington Gay, son of William Gay, on 8 February 1923.¹ She died on 17 December 1975 at age 81.¹
     From 24 July 1917, her married name became Milne. From 8 February 1923, her married name became Gay.¹
