     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1900, with the Naval Brigade.² He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d’honneur.¹ He was awarded the Order of St. Stanislas of Russia 2nd Class with swords.¹ He was awarded the Order of Sacred Treasure of Japan 3rd Class.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1919.¹ He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to HM George V in 1930.¹

     Charles J. Cunningham lived at St. Boswells, Roxburghshire, Scotland^G.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹

     Helen Cunningham was born circa 1876.¹ She was the daughter of Charles J. Cunningham.² She married Rear-Admiral Wilfrid Allen Egerton, son of Sir Reginald Arthur Egerton and Margaret Baker, on 20 June 1916.¹ She died on 9 January 1964.¹
     From 20 June 1916, her married name became Egerton.

     Thomas Graham Egerton was born on 23 September 1889 at Coollock, County Dublin, Ireland.^1,2 He was the son of Sir Reginald Arthur Egerton and Margaret Baker.³ He died on 30 April 1973 at age 83 at Llandough Hospital, Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales.²
     He took the religious name of Dom Philip.¹ He graduated from St. Benet’s Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant on 15 May 1918 in the Royal Navy.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant on 15 March 1921.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 9 September 1939.² He was a monk.¹

     Mary Caledon Egerton was born on 1 February 1878.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Reginald Arthur Egerton and Margaret Baker.²
     She was a nun at Convent of Poor Clares, Baddesley Clinton, Knowle, Warwickshire, England^G.¹

     Winefride Annie le Clerc Egerton was born on 14 February 1879.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Reginald Arthur Egerton and Margaret Baker.² She died on 11 February 1953 at age 73.¹
