     Sir Trevor Peter Sherlock Gooch, 5th Bt. was born on 15 June 1915.1 He was the son of Charles Trevor Gooch and Hester Stratford Sherlock.2 He married, firstly, Denys Anne Venables, daughter of Harold Victor Venables, on 4 December 1956.1 He married, secondly, Jean Wright, daughter of John Joseph Wright, on 20 September 1978.1 He died on 26 May 2003 at age 87.1
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant between 1939 and 1946 in the Royal Air Force.1 He was awarded the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve Officers’ Decoration (V.R.D.)1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Gooch, of Clewer Park [U.K., 1866] in 1989.1 He lived in 2003 at Jardin de la Rocque, Mont de la Rocque, St. Aubin, Jersey, Channel IslandsG.1
