     Hon. Deborah Mary Bailey was born on 21 June 1910.1 She was the daughter of Hon. Herbert Crawshay Bailey and Kathleen Mary Salt.2 She married Commander Anthony Vyvyan Thomas, son of Vyvyan Hood Thomas, on 26 February 1938.1 She died on 18 October 1981 at age 71.1
     From 26 February 1938, her married name became Thomas. In 1948 she was granted the rank of a baron’s daughter.1
