     Brig.-Gen. Gladwyn Dundas Jebb was born on 27 March 1877.¹ He was the son of Joshua Gladwyn Jebb and Hon. Alice Caroline Dundas.² He married Norah May Lomax, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Samuel Holt Lomax, on 2 January 1912.¹ He died on 19 August 1947 at age 70.¹
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1902.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in 1902.² He gained the rank of Major in 1913.² He fought in the First World War.² He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1916.¹ He gained the rank of Brigadier-General in 1918.² He was awarded the Knight, Order of Leopold.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1919.¹ He was Deputy Director of Recruiting and Organisation, War Office between 1925 and 1927.² He was Brigadier-General of the 126th East Lancashire Regiment between 1928 and 1930.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1930.¹

     Lt.-Gen. Samuel Holt Lomax was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹

     Norah May Lomax was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Samuel Holt Lomax.² She married Brig.-Gen. Gladwyn Dundas Jebb, son of Joshua Gladwyn Jebb and Hon. Alice Caroline Dundas, on 2 January 1912.¹ She died on 3 February 1968.¹
     From 2 January 1912, her married name became Jebb.

     Brigadier David Gladwyn Jebb was born on 18 December 1912.¹ He was the son of Brig.-Gen. Gladwyn Dundas Jebb and Norah May Lomax.² He married Stephanie Dagmar Workman, daughter of William Ord Workman, on 19 May 1943.¹ He died in 1989 at Aberlour, Morayshire, Scotland^G.³
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches five times.¹ He was commander of the Battalions, Green Howards in 1943.¹ He wrote the book Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.), published 1943.¹ He gained the rank of commander between 1955 and 1958 in the Malay Regiment.¹ He was commander of the Edinburgh Command in 1962.¹ He retired from the military in 1965, with the rank of Brigadier.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1965.¹

     Stephanie Dagmar Workman is the daughter of William Ord Workman.² She married Brigadier David Gladwyn Jebb, son of Brig.-Gen. Gladwyn Dundas Jebb and Norah May Lomax, on 19 May 1943.¹
     From 19 May 1943, her married name became Jebb.

     Michael Jebb was born on 18 June 1918.¹ He was the son of Brig.-Gen. Gladwyn Dundas Jebb and Norah May Lomax.² He died on 19 September 1940 at age 22, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Air Force.¹

     Mary Mabel Jebb was the daughter of Joshua Gladwyn Jebb and Hon. Alice Caroline Dundas.² She died on 4 July 1919.¹

     Dorothy Beatrice Jebb was the daughter of Joshua Gladwyn Jebb and Hon. Alice Caroline Dundas.² She died, an inf.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Hugh Chichester was born on 22 September 1836.² He was the son of Robert Chichester and Clarentina Mason.² He married Georgina Alice Norton. He died on 27 January 1896 at age 59.²
     He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Artillery.¹
