     Maria Isabella Connellan was born in 1846.² She was the daughter of Peter Connellan and Anne Maria Langrishe.^3,4 She married George Gethin, son of Richard Gethin and Mary Crichton, on 5 October 1870.¹ She died on 5 April 1934.¹
     From 5 October 1870, her married name became Gethin.

     Randolph George Gethin was born on 28 June 1871.¹ He was the son of George Gethin and Maria Isabella Connellan.² He married Georgina Mary Power, daughter of Reverend George Beresford Power and Constance Putland, on 7 November 1911 at St. Canice’s Cathedral, Kilkenny, County Kilkenny, Ireland.^1,3 He died on 21 June 1945 at age 73.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th Battalion, Inniskilling Fusiliers.¹ He gained the rank of Captain and Honorary Major in the Special Reserve, South Irish Horse.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Waterford.¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1919.¹

     Reverend George Beresford Power was born on 26 August 1849 at Lismore, County Waterford, Ireland.^2,3 He was the son of Venerable Ambrose Power and Susan Thacker.² He married Constance Putland, daughter of Charles Putland and Constance Massy, on 10 July 1879 at Christ Church, Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland.² He died on 31 May 1931 at age 81 at Kilfane, County Kilkenny, Ireland.²
     He lived at Kilfane Glebe, Thomastown, County Kilkenny, Ireland^G.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)³ He was Canon in 1908.³

     Georgina Mary Power was born on 26 May 1880 at Millview, Thomastown, County Kilkenny, Ireland.² She was the daughter of Reverend George Beresford Power and Constance Putland.^3,2 She married Randolph George Gethin, son of George Gethin and Maria Isabella Connellan, on 7 November 1911 at St. Canice’s Cathedral, Kilkenny, County Kilkenny, Ireland.^1,2 She died on 21 October 1956 at age 76 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.^1,2
     From 7 November 1911, her married name became Gethin.

     S/Ldr. John Percy Devayne Gethin was born in 1917.¹ He was the son of Randolph George Gethin and Georgina Mary Power.² He died on 10 May 1941, from wounds received in action.^1,3
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross (D.F.C.) in 1941.¹

     Major Desmond Richard le Poer Gethin was born on 16 December 1919.^1,2 He was the son of Randolph George Gethin and Georgina Mary Power.³ He married Susan Baines, daughter of Brigadier F. Talbot Baines, on 15 July 1950.¹ He died in 1984.¹
     He was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was wounded.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Parachute Regiment and Royal Irish Fusiliers SR.¹

     Brigadier F. Talbot Baines lived at Molo, Kenya^G.¹

     Susan Baines is the daughter of Brigadier F. Talbot Baines.² She married, firstly, Major Desmond Richard le Poer Gethin, son of Randolph George Gethin and Georgina Mary Power, on 15 July 1950.¹ She married, secondly, Major William Peter Mead in 1988.¹
     From 15 July 1950, her married name became Gethin. From 1988, her married name became Mead.¹

     Martin Anthony Gethin was born on 10 September 1952.¹ He is the son of Major Desmond Richard le Poer Gethin and Susan Baines.² He married Christine Ann Bates, daughter of A. F. Bates, in 1978.¹
     He was educated at St. Columba’s College, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He was educated at Seale Hayne Agricultural College, Newton Abbot, Devon, England^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at Cnwc y Morfol, Letterston, Dyfed, Wales^G.¹
