     Major Dennahouse Parry Monckton was born on 14 April 1930.¹ He was the son of Ivor Parry Monckton and Olive Gertrude Bassett.² He married Mary Elizabeth Doreen Carson, daughter of James Carson, in 1966.¹ He died on 20 September 2014 at age 84 at Lymington, Hampshire, England.³
     He was educated at Sherborne School, Sherborne, Dorset, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Corps of Transport, RWAFF and Royal Army Service Corps.¹ He lived in 2003 at 10 Daniells Walk, Lymington, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     James Carson lived at Dromore, County Down, Ireland^G.¹

     Mary Elizabeth Doreen Carson was the daughter of James Carson.² She married Major Dennahouse Parry Monckton, son of Ivor Parry Monckton and Olive Gertrude Bassett, in 1966.¹ She died on 9 June 2000.¹
     From 1966, her married name became Monckton.

     Iris Florence Parry Monckton was born on 5 July 1896.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. William Parry Monckton and Florence Georgina Sybella Sawrey-Cookson.² She died on 3 July 1966 at age 69, unmarried.¹

     Hugh Monckton was born on 7 August 1847.¹ He was the son of Edward Henry Cradock Monckton and Maria Catherine Tydd.² He married Isabel Jane Gillis Chapman, daughter of John Chapman, on 20 June 1878.¹ He died on 29 May 1925 at age 77.¹
     He graduated from Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was Governor’s Commissioner.¹ He held the office of Stipendiary Magistrate, District of Ba, Fiji before 1911.¹

     Isabel Jane Gillis Chapman was the daughter of John Chapman.² She married Hugh Monckton, son of Edward Henry Cradock Monckton and Maria Catherine Tydd, on 20 June 1878.¹ She died on 22 March 1909.¹
     From 20 June 1878, her married name became Monckton.

     Hugh Claud Monckton was born on 20 February 1881 at Queensland, Australia.^1,2 He was the son of Hugh Monckton and Isabel Jane Gillis Chapman.³ He married, firstly, Emily Sophia Ray Gibson, daughter of E. C. Gibson, in 1910.¹ He married, secondly, Helen Atherton Morris, daughter of P. A. Morris, in 1946.¹ He died on 27 June 1970 at age 89.¹
     He was educated at Bradfield College, Bradfield, Reading, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was Adviser for Native Affrs, Fiji Civil Service.¹ He held the office of Member of the Legislative Council (M.L.C.) [Fiji]¹
