Sir Howard George Frank, 1st Bt.1 
He was senior partner of Knight, Frank and Rutley in 1910.1 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1914.1 He was Director-General of the Lands War Office, Minister Munitions and Air Minister between 1917 and 1922.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1918.1 He succeeded as the 1st Baronet Frank, of Withyham, co. Sussex [U.K., 1920] on 19 June 1920.1 He was director of Norwich Union Fire Insurance Society.1 He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the British Empire (G.B.E.) in 1924.1
