Sir Frederick Ferrers Conant Fowke, 3rd Bt.1 
He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Fowke, of Lowesby, co. Leicester [U.K., 1814] on 12 March 1897.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Prince Albert’s Own Leicester Infantry Yeomanry.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Leicester Yeomanry Territorial Force.1
