     Sophie Allday was the daughter of John Farquhar Allday.² She married Thomas Gregory Foster, son of Reverend Thomas Foster, in August 1858.¹ She died on 11 July 1911.¹
     From August 1858, her married name became Foster.

     Sir Thomas Gregory Foster, 1st Bt. was born on 10 June 1866.¹ He was the son of Thomas Gregory Foster and Sophie Allday.² He married, firstly, Fanny Maude Sledge, daughter of James Sledge, on 15 August 1894.¹ He married, secondly, Elise Johanna Emma Augener, daughter of George Peter William Augener, on 3 March 1931.¹ He died on 24 September 1931 at age 65.¹
     He graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)¹ He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1917.¹ He held the office of Vice-Chancellor of London University between 1928 and 1930.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Foster, of Bloomsbury, London [U.K.] on 5 February 1930.¹

     William Arthur John Foster was born on 1 January 1870.¹ He was the son of Thomas Gregory Foster and Sophie Allday.² He married Helen Sowerby Wallis, daughter of Richard Stephen Wallis, on 6 October 1897.¹ He died on 25 July 1947 at age 77.¹

     Richard Stephen Wallis was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.)¹

     Helen Sowerby Wallis is the daughter of Richard Stephen Wallis.² She married William Arthur John Foster, son of Thomas Gregory Foster and Sophie Allday, on 6 October 1897.¹
     From 6 October 1897, her married name became Foster.

     Richard Arthur Denys Foster was born on 9 October 1906.¹ He was the son of William Arthur John Foster and Helen Sowerby Wallis.² He married Helen Mary Burnett, daughter of John George Burnett and Catherine Sarah Helen, on 6 September 1930.² He died on 13 July 1987 at age 80.¹
     He lived at La Collinette, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands.² He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹

     Dr. Norman McKie lived at Newcastle, Staffordshire, England.¹

     Penelope Louisa Townsend was born in 1855 at Southwell, Nottinghamshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Joseph Phipps Townsend and Penelope Woollam.¹ She married Sir Henry Charles Augustus Eyres, son of Reverend Charles Eyres and Henrietta Maria Bullock, on 28 April 1885 at Kensington, London, England.¹ She died in 1947.¹
     From 28 April 1885, her married name became Eyres.¹

     Ronald William John Foster was born on 3 February 1934.¹ He is the son of Richard Arthur Denys Foster and Helen Mary Burnett.²
     Ronald William John Foster usually went by his middle name of John.¹ He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Marines.¹
