     Charles Forsyth was baptised on 10 March 1674 at Falkland, ScotlandG.1 He was the son of James Forsyth and Isobell Hutton.2 He married Janet Wilson, daughter of John Wilson, in 1702.1 He died in 1742.1
     He held the office of Burgess of Falkland.1 He repurchased the family loft in the kirk from William Simpson of Blairstruie.1
