Devereux Philip Forestier-Walker was born on 25 July 1864.1 He was the son of Sir George Ferdinand Radzivill Forestier-Walker, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Fanny Henrietta Morgan.2 He married Isabella Constance Dalgety, daughter of Frederick Gonnerman Dalgety, on 2 January 1896.1 He died on 10 September 1936 at age 72.1
