William Aston was born on 8 April 1747.1 He was baptised on 8 April 1747 at St. Anne’s, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.2 He was the son of Tichborne Aston and Jane Rowan.1,2 He died between 5 February 1769 and 9 February 1769.1 His will (dated 5 February 1769) was proven (by probate) on 10 February 1769.2
He succeeded as the 6th Lord Aston of Forfar [S., 1627] on 24 August 1751, although his right to the title has not been proven absolutely, and he never claimed the title.2 He lived at Rathbone Place, London, EnglandG.1 He lived at Beaulieu, County Louth, IrelandG.1

Tichborne Aston was the son of William Aston and Salisbury Tichborne.2 He married Jane Rowan, daughter of William Rowan, in 1746. He died on 4 March 1747/48.1
