     Malcolm Hay Ochoncar Forbes was born on 22 August 1891.¹ He was the son of Reverend Malcolm Forbes and Ella Constance Josephine Brenton Carey.² He married, firstly, Edith Maud McMillan, daughter of G. A. McMillan, on 19 December 1921.¹ He married, secondly, Helen Roslyn Graham, daughter of A. C. Graham, in 1966.¹ He died in 1973.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 3rd Battalion, Gordon Highlanders.¹ He gained the rank of Instructor (Seamanship) in the Royal Australian Naval Volunteer Reserve.¹

     Edith Maud McMillan was the daughter of G. A. McMillan.² She married Malcolm Hay Ochoncar Forbes, son of Reverend Malcolm Forbes and Ella Constance Josephine Brenton Carey, on 19 December 1921.¹ She died on 20 February 1962.¹
     From 19 December 1921, her married name became Forbes.

     Helen Mary Hay Forbes is the daughter of Malcolm Hay Ochoncar Forbes and Edith Maud McMillan.² She married Terence Dudley Thompson on 9 April 1945.¹
     From 9 April 1945, her married name became Thompson.

     Terence Dudley Thompson married Helen Mary Hay Forbes, daughter of Malcolm Hay Ochoncar Forbes and Edith Maud McMillan, on 9 April 1945.¹
     He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Australian Air Force.¹

     Ian Forbes Thompson was born on 18 February 1951.¹ He is the son of Terence Dudley Thompson and Helen Mary Hay Forbes.²

     Pamela Forbes Thompson was born on 25 February 1947.¹ She is the daughter of Terence Dudley Thompson and Helen Mary Hay Forbes.²

     Jane Forbes Thompson was born on 21 December 1948.¹ She is the daughter of Terence Dudley Thompson and Helen Mary Hay Forbes.²

     Georgina Helen Forbes Thompson was born on 26 August 1968.¹ She is the daughter of Terence Dudley Thompson and Helen Mary Hay Forbes.²

     Alexander Dickson married Helen Roslyn Graham, daughter of A. C. Graham.¹
