     Sir William Alfred Waterlow, 1st Bt. was born on 23 April 1871.¹ He was the son of James Jameson Waterlow and Kate Frances Sisson.² He married Adelaide Hay Gordon, daughter of Thomas Gordon, on 30 April 1904.¹ He died on 6 July 1931 at age 60.¹
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England^G.¹ He was a practising solicitor in 1895.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1919.¹ He was managing director of Waterlow Brothers and Layton.¹ He held the office of Alderman of the City of London, Cornhill Ward.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Middlesex.¹ He was chairman of Waterlow and Sons.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of London in 1928.¹ He held the office of Lord Mayor of London between 1929 and 1930.¹ He was awarded the Commander, Order of Dannebrog of Denmark.¹ He was awarded the Commander, Order of the Rising Sun of Japan 2nd Class.¹ He was awarded the Commander, Order of the Nile of Egypt.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Waterlow, of Harrow Weald, co. Middlesex [U.K.] on 28 October 1930.¹

     Charles William Waterlow was born on 6 February 1817.¹ He was the son of James Waterlow and Mary Crakell.² He married Louisa Mary Masters, daughter of John Masters, on 10 December 1842.¹ He died on 11 June 1897 at age 80.¹

     John Masters lived at Esher, Surrey, England^G.¹

     Louisa Mary Masters was the daughter of John Masters.² She married Charles William Waterlow, son of James Waterlow and Mary Crakell, on 10 December 1842.¹ She died on 24 September 1900.¹
     From 10 December 1842, her married name became Waterlow.

     Walter Blandford Waterlow was born on 17 April 1819.¹ He was the son of James Waterlow and Mary Crakell.² He married, firstly, Rebecca Stones, daughter of J. Stones, on 27 September 1842.¹ He married, secondly, Maria Corss, daughter of James Corss, in 1876.³ He died on 28 August 1891 at age 72.¹
     He was Commissioner of Lieutenantcy for the City of London.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Surrey.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Surrey in 1888.¹ He lived at High Trees, Surrey, England^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Surrey.¹

     Rebecca Stones was the daughter of J. Stones.² She married Walter Blandford Waterlow, son of James Waterlow and Mary Crakell, on 27 September 1842.¹ She died on 14 February 1869.¹
     From 27 September 1842, her married name became Waterlow.

     Sir Sydney Hedley Waterlow, 1st Bt. was born on 1 November 1822.¹ He was the son of James Waterlow and Mary Crakell.² He married, firstly, Anna Maria Hickson, daughter of William Hickson, on 7 May 1845.¹ He married, secondly, Margaret Hamilton, daughter of William Hamilton, on 28 March 1882.³ He died on 3 August 1906 at age 83.¹
     He held the office of Alderman of London in 1863.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of London between 1866 and 1867.¹ He was appointed Knight in 1867.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dumfries-shire between 1868 and 1869.¹ He held the office of Lord Mayor of London between 1872 and 1873.³ He succeeded as the 1st Baronet Waterlow, of London [U.K.] on 4 August 1873.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Maidstone between 1874 and 1880.³ He was Commissioner of Lieutenantcy for the City of London.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Gravesend between 1880 and 1885.³ In 1889 he gave Waterlow Park, Highgate, to the London City Council.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Kent.¹ He was awarded the Order of Medjidie of Turkey.³ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Middlesex.¹ He was awarded the Award of the Lion and Sun of Persia.³ He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d’honneur.³ He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Crown of Italy.³ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Londonderry.¹

     Albert Crakell Waterlow was born on 23 December 1824.¹ He was the son of James Waterlow and Mary Crakell.² He married Maria Corss, daughter of James Corss, on 23 July 1846.¹ He died on 25 February 1856 at age 31.¹
