Isaac Astley, 2nd Baron Astley of Reading was the son of Jacob Astley, 1st Baron Astley of Reading and Agnes Imple.1 He married Anne Stydolfe, daughter of Sir Francis Stydolfe and Mary Altham, on 27 December 1650 at St. Giles, Cripplegate, London, EnglandG.1 He died in 1662.1
He was appointed Knight on 23 February 1642/43 at Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Astley of Reading, Berkshire [E., 1644] in February 1651/52.1

Anne Stydolfe was the daughter of Sir Francis Stydolfe and Mary Altham.1 She married Isaac Astley, 2nd Baron Astley of Reading, son of Jacob Astley, 1st Baron Astley of Reading and Agnes Imple, on 27 December 1650 at St. Giles, Cripplegate, London, EnglandG.1 She died at Maidstone, Kent, EnglandG.1 She died intestate and her estate was administered on 21 November 1674, to her son Jacob, “Lord Astley, Baron of Reading.”1
From 27 December 1650, her married name became Astley.1 After her marriage, Anne Stydolfe was styled as Baroness Astley of Reading in February 1652.
