     Reverend Simon Charles David Fergusson was born on 5 June 1907.¹ He was the son of General Sir Charles Fergusson of Kilkerran, 7th Bt. and Lady Alice Mary Boyle.² He married Auriole Kathleen Hughes-Onslow, daughter of Commander Sir Geoffrey Henry Hughes-Onslow and Hon. Eileen Mabel Lowther Crofton, on 22 February 1945.¹ He died in 1982.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders.¹ He was the Minister in 1957 at Barr, Ayrshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Major David Delius married Sally Eileen Forestier-Walker, daughter of Major Edmond Annesley Forestier-Walker and Bridget Hughes-Onslow, on 14 December 2002.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the 13th/18th Hussars.¹

     Auriole Kathleen Hughes-Onslow was born on 6 December 1919.² She was the daughter of Commander Sir Geoffrey Henry Hughes-Onslow and Hon. Eileen Mabel Lowther Crofton.² She married Reverend Simon Charles David Fergusson, son of General Sir Charles Fergusson of Kilkerran, 7th Bt. and Lady Alice Mary Boyle, on 22 February 1945.¹ She died on 5 August 2019 at age 99.³
     From 22 February 1945, her married name became Fergusson.

     Rt. Hon. Sir Alexander Charles Onslow Fergusson was born on 8 April 1949.¹ He was the son of Reverend Simon Charles David Fergusson and Auriole Kathleen Hughes-Onslow.³ He married Jane Merryn Barthold, daughter of G/Capt. Bertram Barthold, in 1974.¹ He died on 31 July 2018 at age 69.⁴
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for South of Scotland [Scotland] between 1999 and 2003.⁵ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Galloway and Upper Nithsdale [Scotland] in 2003.⁵ He lived in 2003 at Grennan, Dalry, Castle Douglas, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland^G.¹ He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 2016.⁵

     Rear-Admiral Aylmer Paynter was born on 21 October 1813 at Pembrokeshire, Wales.^2,3 He was the son of David Runwa Paynter and Sophia Catherine Price.³ He married Eleanor Frances McVeagh, daughter of Henry Chapman McVeagh and Mary Uniacke, on 25 April 1848 at Walcot Church, Bath, Somerset, England^G.^1,2 He died on 17 December 1876 at age 63 at 5 Gay Street, Bath, Somerset, England.^1,3

     Jane Merryn Barthold is the daughter of G/Capt. Bertram Barthold.² She married Rt. Hon. Sir Alexander Charles Onslow Fergusson, son of Reverend Simon Charles David Fergusson and Auriole Kathleen Hughes-Onslow, in 1974.¹
     From 1974, her married name became Fergusson.

     Iain Alexander Charles Onslow Fergusson was born in 1975.¹ He is the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Alexander Charles Onslow Fergusson and Jane Merryn Barthold.² He married Rebecca Ulman in 1997.¹
