Alexander Penrose Forbes Erskine and Irene Annette Campbell.¹ He married, firstly, Margaret Eleanor Pears, daughter of Rear-Admiral Steuart Arnold Pears and Anne Biggins, on 17 March 1947.¹ He and Margaret Eleanor Pears were divorced.¹ He married, secondly, Joan Mary Bettington, daughter of Brigadier James Brindley Bettington, in 1970.¹ He died circa 10 June 2006 at St. Peter Port, Gurnsey, Channel Islands.²

     Margaret Eleanor Pears is the daughter of Rear-Admiral Steuart Arnold Pears and Anne Biggins.¹ She married David Alexander John Erskine, son of Hon. Alexander Penrose Forbes Erskine and Irene Annette Campbell, on 17 March 1947.¹ She and David Alexander John Erskine were divorced.¹
     Her married name became Erskine.

     Rear-Admiral Steuart Arnold Pears was born on 24 February 1894. He is the son of Steuart Durand Pears. He married Anne Biggins in 1916.
     He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He lived at Warwick, Warwickshire, England^G.¹

     Anne Biggins married Rear-Admiral Steuart Arnold Pears, son of Steuart Durand Pears, in 1916.
     Her married name became Pears.
