     Charles Edward Every-Halsted was born in 1857.¹ He was the son of Edward Every-Clayton and Eliza Halsted Holgate.² He married Lucy Clara Fenwick on 18 March 1892.¹ He died on 14 October 1935.¹
     He was given the name of Charles Edward Every-Clayton at birth.¹ In 1886 his name was legally changed to Charles Edward Every-Halsted by Royal Licence.¹ He lived at Hill House, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancashire.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 3rd Battalion, Royal Lancaster Regiment.¹

     Lucy Clara Fenwick married, firstly, Charles Edward Every-Halsted, son of Edward Every-Clayton and Eliza Halsted Holgate, on 18 March 1892.¹ She married, secondly, Thomas FitzRoy Phillipps Fenwick on 17 December 1936.¹ She died on 14 November 1955.¹
     From 18 March 1892, her married name became Every-Halsted.

     Evelyn Stella Every-Halsted was born on 14 April 1893.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Edward Every-Halsted and Lucy Clara Fenwick.² She married Lt.-Col. Arthur George Pardoe, son of Arthur John Pardoe, on 19 May 1915.¹
     From 19 May 1915, her married name became Pardoe.

     Arthur John Pardoe lived at Purslow Hall, Shropshire, England^G.¹

     Lt.-Col. Arthur George Pardoe was the son of Arthur John Pardoe.² He married Evelyn Stella Every-Halsted, daughter of Charles Edward Every-Halsted and Lucy Clara Fenwick, on 19 May 1915.¹ He died on 26 March 1951.¹
     He lived at Gravel Hill, Kington, Herefordshire, England^G.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Engineers (TF.)¹ He had two sons and one other daughter.¹

     Mary Ruth Every-Halsted was born on 7 May 1898.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Edward Every-Halsted and Lucy Clara Fenwick.² She married, firstly, Captain Gerald Hargreaves Mawson on 23 April 1918.¹ She and Captain Gerald Hargreaves Mawson were divorced in 1941.¹ She married, secondly, Reverend Henry William John Lancelot Reed Haywood, son of Joseph Haywood, on 26 December 1951.¹
     From 23 April 1918, her married name became Mawson. From 26 December 1951, her married name became Haywood.¹

     Captain Gerald Hargreaves Mawson married Mary Ruth Every-Halsted, daughter of Charles Edward Every-Halsted and Lucy Clara Fenwick, on 23 April 1918.¹ He and Mary Ruth Every-Halsted were divorced in 1941.¹
     He was Royal Engineers (TF) four sons and a dau.¹ He was Military Cross (M.C.)¹

     John Arthur Hargreave Mawson was born in 1923.¹ He is the son of Captain Gerald Hargreaves Mawson and Mary Ruth Every-Halsted.²

     Charles Edward Hargreave Mawson was born in 1926.¹ He was the son of Captain Gerald Hargreaves Mawson and Mary Ruth Every-Halsted.² He married Ann M. Eastick in 1951.³ He died in 1994.³

     Penelope Every-Clayton was the daughter of Edward Every-Clayton and Eliza Halsted Holgate.² She married Count Vincenzo Sabatini Bonafede on 2 December 1856.¹ She died in 1913.¹
     From 2 December 1856, her married name became Bonafede.
