     Robert Ian Grant Neill was born in 1965.¹ He is the son of Robert Chumley Bruce Neill and Gwenllyan Mary Hope Gwynne-Evans.²

     Sir Francis Loring Gwynne-Evans, 4th Bt. was born on 22 February 1914.¹ He was the son of Sir Evan Gwynne Gwynne-Evans, 2nd Bt. and Ada Jane Andrews.² He married, firstly, Elisabeth fforde fforde-Tipping, daughter of J. fforde-Tipping, on 9 October 1937.¹ He and Elisabeth fforde fforde-Tipping were divorced in 1958.¹ He married, secondly, Gloria Marie Reynolds, daughter of Thomas Reynolds, in 1958.¹ He died on 29 December 1993 at age 79.¹
     Sir Francis Loring Gwynne-Evans, 4th Bt. used the stage-name of Francis Loring.² He was a professional singer.¹ In 1943 his name was legally changed to Francis Loring Gwynne-Evans-Tipping by Deed Poll.² In 1958 his name was legally changed to Francis Loring Gwynne-Evans by Deed Poll.² He adopted Teo Leslie Gwynne-Evans.² He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Gwynne-Evans [U.K., 1913] on 27 December 1985.¹

     Elisabeth fforde fforde-Tipping is the daughter of J. fforde-Tipping.² She married Sir Francis Loring Gwynne-Evans, 4th Bt., son of Sir Evan Gwynne Gwynne-Evans, 2nd Bt. and Ada Jane Andrews, on 9 October 1937.¹ She and Sir Francis Loring Gwynne-Evans, 4th Bt. were divorced in 1958.¹
     From 9 October 1937, her married name became Gwynne-Evans.
