     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.¹

     She was in the Women’s Royal Naval Serviceduring teh Second World War.¹ From 24 February 1945, her married name became Brown. She lived in 2003 at New Barn, Colgate, Sussex, England^G.¹

     Lieutenant Robert George Malloch Brown was the son of Robert W. Malloch Brown.² He married Ursula Elspeth Pelly, daughter of Sir Kenneth Raymond Pelly and Elspeth Norna Grant, on 24 February 1945.¹ He died on 11 May 1967.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the South African Naval Force (Volunteer.)¹
