     Her married name became Baldock.¹

     Malise, 6th Earl of Strathearn was born circa 1257.¹ He was the son of Malise, 5th Earl of Strathearn and Maud (?)^1,2 He married Agnes Comyn, daughter of Alexander Comyn, 6th Earl of Buchan and Elizabeth de Quincy, before 1275.³ He died in 1312.¹
     He gained the title of 6th Earl of Strathearn.¹

     Catharine Morgan is the daughter of Henry Morgan.² She married Sir Francis Mansel, 1st Bt., son of Sir Edward Mansel and Lady Jane Somerset.¹
     Her married name became Mansel.

     Sir Walter Mansel, 2nd Bt. was baptised on 25 July 1586.² He was the son of Sir Francis Mansel, 1st Bt. and Catharine Morgan.² He married Elizabeth Fotherby, daughter of Charles Fotherby, on 11 December 1623.¹ He died circa April 1640.² He was buried on 12 April 1640 at Kidwelly, Wales^G.²
     He graduated from Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1603 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn in 1605.² He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Mansel, of Muddlescombe, co. Carmarthen [E., 1622] circa 1628.¹

     Charles Fotherby held the office of Dean of Canterbury.¹

     Elizabeth Fotherby was the daughter of Charles Fotherby.² She married Sir Walter Mansel, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Francis Mansel, 1st Bt. and Catharine Morgan, on 11 December 1623.¹ She died on 11 September 1643.¹
     From 11 December 1623, her married name became Mansel.

     Sir Francis Mansel, 3rd Bt. was baptised on 9 May 1633.² He was the son of Sir Walter Mansel, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Fotherby.² He died on 27 October 1654 at age 21, unmarried.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Mansel, of Muddlescombe, co. Carmarthen [E., 1622] in April 1640.¹

     Elizabeth Mansel was baptised on 21 October 1631.² She was the daughter of Sir Walter Mansel, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Fotherby.² She married Thomas Broome in 1672.¹
     From 1672, her married name became Broome.

     Thomas Broome married Elizabeth Mansel, daughter of Sir Walter Mansel, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Fotherby, in 1672.¹ He died in 1673.
     He lived at Tubbendence House, Farnborough, Kent, England^G.¹ He was a practising Serjeant-at-Law.¹

     Sir Anthony Mansel was born after 1587. He was the son of Sir Francis Mansel, 1st Bt. and Catharine Morgan.² He married Jane Price, daughter of William Price.¹ He died on 27 October 1644, killed in action.²
     He was also known as Sir Anthony Maunsell.³ He was appointed Knight on 19 July 1629.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Glamorgan from 1630 to 1631.¹ He fought in the Second Battle of Newbury on 27 October 1644, on the Royalist side.¹
