     Gwendolyn Mary Field was the daughter of Marshall Field, Jr. and Albertine Huck.^2,3 She married Sir Archibald Charles Edmonstone of Duntreath, 6th Bt., son of Sir Archibald Edmonstone of Duntreath, 5th Bt. and Ida Agnes Eleanor Forbes, on 5 April 1923.¹ She died on 27 November 1989.¹
     From 5 April 1923, her married name became Edmonstone.

     Angus Ian Marshall Edmonstone was born on 25 April 1936.¹ He was the son of Sir Archibald Charles Edmonstone of Duntreath, 6th Bt. and Gwendolyn Mary Field.² He died on 11 April 1937.¹

     Mary Bettine Edmonstone was born on 28 September 1927.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Archibald Charles Edmonstone of Duntreath, 6th Bt. and Gwendolyn Mary Field.² She married Sir Charles Edward McGrigor, 5th Bt., son of Lt.-Col. Sir Charles Colquhoun McGrigor, 4th Bt. and Amabel Caroline Somers Cocks, on 7 June 1948.¹
     From 7 June 1948, her married name became McGrigor. She lived in 2003 at Upper Sonachan, Dalmally, Argyllshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Sir Charles Edward McGrigor, 5th Bt. was born on 5 October 1922.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Charles Colquhoun McGrigor, 4th Bt. and Amabel Caroline Somers Cocks.² He married Mary Bettine Edmonstone, daughter of Sir Archibald Charles Edmonstone of Duntreath, 6th Bt. and Gwendolyn Mary Field, on 7 June 1948.¹ He died on 1 October 2007 at age 84.
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.² He succeeded as the 5th Baronet McGrigor, of Campden Hill, co. Middlesex [U.K., 1831] on 28 October 1946.¹ He retired from the military in 1954, with the rank of Captain, late of the Rifle Brigade.² He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to HRH The Duke of Gloucester between 1970 and 1985.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Argyll and Bute in 1987.² He was Deputy Chairmam of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution between 1988 and 1991.² He lived in 2003 at Upper Sonachan, Dalmally, Argyllshire, Scotland^G.²

     Vice-Admiral Douglas Young-Jamieson married Joan Bridgeman Willyams, daughter of Humphrey John Willyams and Margaret Jowitt.¹
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹
