     Admiral Sir John Burnett Dundas, 4th Bt. was born on 17 November 1794.¹ He was the son of Sir David Dundas, 1st Bt. and Isabella Robertson.² He married Caroline Jeffreys, daughter of Reverend John Jeffreys and Charlotte Byron, on 30 December 1828.¹ He died on 2 September 1868 at age 73, without issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Dundas, of Richmond [U.K., 1815] on 16 June 1848.¹ He gained the rank of Admiral.¹ On his death, his baronetcy expired.¹

     Reverend John Jeffreys was born on 9 January 1771.² He was the son of John Jeffreys and Elizabeth Darell.² He married Charlotte Byron, daughter of Captain Richard Byron, on 21 January 1796.² He died on 6 June 1840 at age 69.²
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)² He was the Rector at Barnes, Surrey, England^G.¹ He was Chaplain to the Prince of Wales (later King George IV.)²

     Caroline Jeffreys was born on 20 August 1799.² She was the daughter of Reverend John Jeffreys and Charlotte Byron.² She married Admiral Sir John Burnett Dundas, 4th Bt., son of Sir David Dundas, 1st Bt. and Isabella Robertson, on 30 December 1828.¹ She died on 20 August 1871 at age 72.¹
     From 30 December 1828, her married name became Dundas.

     Isabella Dundas is the daughter of Sir David Dundas, 1st Bt. and Isabella Robertson.²

     James Dundas was born in 1752.¹ He was the son of Ralph Dundas and Mary Ferguson.² He married Elizabeth Graham, daughter of William Graham, 2nd of Airth and Ann Stirling, on 16 October 1794.¹ He died on 11 April 1831.¹
     He was a practising Writer to the Signet (W.S.)¹ He lived at Ochtertyre, Perthshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Olivia Madeleine Talbot Rice was born on 5 December 1999.¹ She is the daughter of Richard Bruce Talbot Rice and Kathryn Jane Elizabeth Owen.¹

     Elizabeth Graham is the daughter of William Graham, 2nd of Airth and Ann Stirling.^2,3 She married James Dundas, son of Ralph Dundas and Mary Ferguson, on 16 October 1794.¹
     From 16 October 1794, her married name became Dundas.

     Ralph James Dundas was born in 1795.¹ He was the son of James Dundas and Elizabeth Graham.² He died in 1824, without issue.¹

     William Dundas was born in 1796.¹ He was the son of James Dundas and Elizabeth Graham.² He died in 1842 at U.S.A.^G, without issue.¹
     He was in the Honourable East India Company Service.¹

     Rt. Hon. Sir David Dundas was born in 1799.¹ He was the son of James Dundas and Elizabeth Graham.² He died on 30 March 1877, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1820 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1822 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1823 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) in 1840.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sutherland between 1840 and 1852.¹ He held the office of Advocate-General between 1846 and 1848.¹ He was appointed Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.) in 1847.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1849.¹ He held the office of Judge Advocate-General between 1849 and 1852.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sutherland between 1861 and 1867.¹ He lived at Ochtertyre, Perthshire, Scotland^G.¹
