     Hon. William Dougall Meston was born on 17 May 1953.¹ He is the son of Dougall Meston, 2nd Baron Meston and Diana Mary Came Doll.² He married Elizabeth Dawes, daughter of Dr. Peter Dawes, before 1985.¹
