Michael John Furnell and Ethel Georgina Dillon, on 13 January 1944.¹ She died in September 2008 at Limerick, County Limerick, Ireland.²
     From 13 January 1944, her married name became Furnell. She lived in 1976 at Flintlock, North Circular Road, Limerick, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹

     Lt.-Col. Robert Edward Gabbett was born on 8 June 1911.² He was the son of Edward Gabbett and Sophia Janet Knox.^2,1 He married Ann Henrietta Westwood Asser, daughter of Brig.-Gen. Verney Asser, on 15 October 1942.² He died on 17 April 1999 at age 87 at Ballaghtobin, County Kilkenny, Ireland.^3,4
