     Thomas Franks was the son of Henry Franks and Elizabeth Atkins.2 He married Margaret Maunsell, daughter of John Maunsell and Catherine Widenham, in 1793.2 He died on 9 September 1823 at Lisnagourneen, County Cork, IrelandG, murdered by the Whiteboys.2
