     Alexander MacCarthy was the son of Alexander MacCarthy.² He married Eliza Fagan, daughter of Stephen Fagan and Helena Trant, on 15 May 1799.¹ He died on 12 July 1843.¹
     He lived at Cork, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Ignatius Trust lived at Cork, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Ellen Trust was the daughter of Ignatius Trust.² She married James Fagan, son of Stephen Fagan and Helena Trant, on 12 June 1799.¹ She died on 6 January 1836.¹
     From 12 June 1799, her married name became Fagan.

     William Trant Fagan was born on 31 January 1801.¹ He was the son of James Fagan and Ellen Trust.² He married Mary Addis, daughter of Charles Addis, on 21 June 1827.¹ He died on 16 May 1859 at age 58.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cork.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Cork.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Cork.¹
