Christopher Hugh Fagan was born on 23 December 1912.¹ He was the son of Reverend Hugh William Farquharson Fagan and Eustacia Violet Alison.² He married Marjorie Sadie Jane Campbell-Bannerman, daughter of Beltram Edward Campbell-Bannerman, on 10 December 1938.¹ He died on 27 May 2003 at age 90 at Surrey, England.³
     He was educated at Haileybury College, Haileybury, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹ He was registered as a Master Mariner.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He lived in 1976 at Weydale, Lindford, Bordon, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     Marjorie Sadie Jane Campbell-Bannerman is the daughter of Beltram Edward Campbell-Bannerman.² She married Lt.-Cdr. Christopher Hugh Fagan, son of Reverend Hugh William Farquharson Fagan and Eustacia Violet Alison, on 10 December 1938.¹
     From 10 December 1938, her married name became Fagan.
