     Lily Frances Fleming is the daughter of Sir Sandford Fleming.² She married William Edgard Exshaw, son of Thomas Henry Exshaw and Eglé de Richemont Panon des Bassyns, on 6 June 1891.¹
     From 6 June 1891, her married name became Exshaw.

     Noel Thomas Sandford Exshaw was born on 14 April 1893.¹ He was the son of William Edgard Exshaw and Lily Frances Fleming.² He married Viola Brown on 8 June 1918.¹ He died on 19 May 1966 at age 73, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Malvern College, Malvern, Worcestershire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War, with Royal Army Service Corps.¹ He was awarded the Officer, Legion d’Honneur.¹ He lived at Villa Odessa, Arcachon, Gironde, France^G.¹

     Viola Brown married Noel Thomas Sandford Exshaw, son of William Edgard Exshaw and Lily Frances Fleming, on 8 June 1918.¹
     She lived at South Africa^G.¹ From 8 June 1918, her married name became Exshaw. She lived in 1976 at 129 Boulevard de la Plage, Arcachon, Gironde, France^G.¹

     Alfred Exshaw was born on 24 February 1871.¹ He was the son of Thomas Henry Exshaw and Eglé de Richemont Panon des Bassyns.² He died on 10 February 1902 at age 30, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the Boer War.¹

     Marie Odette Exshaw was born on 18 July 1861.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Henry Exshaw and Eglé de Richemont Panon des Bassyns.² She married William Otho Nicholson Shaw on 17 February 1887.¹ She died on 27 June 1936 at age 74.¹
     From 17 February 1887, her married name became Shaw.

     William Otho Nicholson Shaw married Marie Odette Exshaw, daughter of Thomas Henry Exshaw and Eglé de Richemont Panon des Bassyns, on 17 February 1887.¹ He died on 11 April 1910.¹
     He lived at Arrowe Park, Cheshire, England^G.¹

     Viva Yohanna Exshaw was born on 12 June 1873.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Henry Exshaw and Eglé de Richemont Panon des Bassyns.² She married Daniel Jehan Patrick MacCarthy, Comte MacCarthy on 19 April 1900.¹ She died on 2 December 1953 at age 80.¹
     From 19 April 1900, her married name became MacCarthy.

     Daniel Jehan Patrick MacCarthy, Comte MacCarthy married Viva Yohanna Exshaw, daughter of Thomas Henry Exshaw and Eglé de Richemont Panon des Bassyns, on 19 April 1900.¹ He died on 14 December 1947.¹
     Daniel Jehan Patrick MacCarthy, Comte MacCarthy usually went by his middle name of Patrick.¹

     Frederick Exshaw was born on 24 October 1824.¹ He was the son of John Exshaw and Corinne Guestier.² He married Hermance Dupuch.¹ He died on 17 June 1902 at age 77.¹
     In 1880 France (built in Irish style.¹ ) He had a stud farm and racing stables (his mare Fragiliti won La Grande Course de Haies d’Auteuil and Le Prix du President de la Republique 1906.)¹ He lived at Château la Chesnaye-Sainte-Gemme, Cussac, Gironde, France^G.¹
