     From December 1897, her married name became Dobbs.

     Commander Hector George Edmund Dobbs was born on 13 May 1905.¹ He was the son of Edmund Alexander Dobbs and Florence Colhoun.² He married Marjorie Joan Dobson, daughter of George Wickham Dobson, on 16 December 1926.¹ He died on 3 May 1968 at age 62.¹
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Osborne, Isle of Wight, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Commander (E) in the Royal Navy.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1944.¹

     Marjorie Joan Dobson is the daughter of George Wickham Dobson.² She married Commander Hector George Edmund Dobbs, son of Edmund Alexander Dobbs and Florence Colhoun, on 16 December 1926.¹

     Peter Edmund Dobbs was born on 6 August 1939.¹ He is the son of Commander Hector George Edmund Dobbs and Marjorie Joan Dobson.² He married Antoinette Hynes on 10 September 1965.¹
     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He adopted Claire Louise Dobbs.¹ He lived in 1976 at 77 Satchell Lane, Hamble, Hampshire, England^G.¹
