     Harriet Le Byrtt Lewis was the daughter of Richard Lewis.² She married Most Rev. Charles Frederick D’Arcy, son of John Charles D’Arcy and Henrietta Anna Brierly, on 12 June 1889.¹ She died on 19 July 1932.¹
     From 12 June 1889, her married name became D’Arcy.

     Lt.-Gen. John Conyers D’Arcy was born on 12 February 1894.² He was the son of Most Rev. Charles Frederick D’Arcy and Harriet Le Byrtt Lewis.² He married Noel Patricia Wakefield, daughter of Edward Wakefield and Frances Conolly, on 29 May 1920.³ He died on 1 February 1966 at age 71.²
     He gained the rank of officer in 1914 in the Royal Horse Artillery.² He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded twice.² He was commissioned in 1914, in the service of the Royal Field Artillery.² He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1918.² He fought in the North-West Frontier between 1930 and 1931, where he was wounded.² He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.² He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1942.² He was commander of the 9th Army Division between 1942 and 1944.² He was General Officer Commanding of the Palestine between 1944 and 1946.² He lived at Hyde Park, County Westmeath, Ireland^G.²

     Elinor Marianne D’Arcy was born on 23 May 1890.¹ She was the daughter of Most Rev. Charles Frederick D’Arcy and Harriet Le Byrtt Lewis.² She married Lt.-Col. Donald James Handford, son of Theodore Leopold Handford, on 4 October 1916.¹
     From 4 October 1916, her married name became Handford.

     Anthony Charles Theodore Handford was born on 31 December 1921.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Donald James Handford and Elinor Marianne D’Arcy.² He died on 17 September 1944 at age 22, killed in action.¹

Arthur Carleton Nicholson and Agnes Susan Elizabeth Dumaresq, on 26 June 1948.¹ She and Arthur Wilfrid Nicholson were divorced in 1959.¹
     From 26 June 1948, her married name became Nicholson. She lived in 1976 at Guyers House, Corsham, Wiltshire, England^G.¹
